The Elite Player Programme is the tier below the academy and provides players additional coaching on top of their current training schedule. Along with following a training syllabus parallel to the academy, sessions will be delivered by lead UEFA B coaches and players will have regular games as a group against our academy, other professional clubs and elite centres. These sessions follow specific topics every week and are divided into two parts; technical carousel and game based practices. The technical carousel is designed to improve and develop ball mastery, passing & receiving, ball striking, and 1v1s both defending and attacking where the players will rotate across three stations. For the second part of the session the players will have a game-based practice focusing on the topic for that week.
For the 2025/2026 season our U12, U15 and U16 teams will compete in the Junior Premier League. Fixtures take place on Saturday morning and our home games will be played at One Leisure Ramsey
We have a number of exciting opportunities to support players on our Elite Player Programme through sponsorship.
Our JPL (Junior Premier League) teams are looking for kit sleeve sponsors in addition to sponsors for various training wear. More information can be found in our sponsorship brochure.
An exciting opportunity has also arisen to sponsor a brand new VEO camera for our Boys programmes. This would see your company logo feature on highlights and video clips on social media, as well as a number of different excellent benefits.
If this could be of interest to you or your company, please email Tom.Lea@theposh.com for a conversation!
