Job Title: U15’s JPL Lead Coach
Reports to: Boys Pathway Manager – Bruno Porfirio (bruno.porfirio@theposh.com)
Type of Position: Part-Time
Hours: Monday evening 1h – Friday evening 2h – Saturday Morning 2h
Salary: £12.21 per hour + holiday pay
Job Purpose: To lead the U15’s JPL as Head Coach in both sessions and match day.
Job Overview:
- The job holder will be responsible for the delivery of the coaching programme for our U15 JPL team.
- The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the continued high standard delivery of the training sessions and match day activities and coaching.
- In addition to good management, organisational and administrational skills will be required to work closely and successfully with line manager and our senior management team.
- Be accountable for the standard of professionalism.
- Be accountable for monitoring and evaluation tasks.
- All employees must ensure thorough understanding of the Safeguarding Handbook and all of the policies and procedures within it.
