We were delighted to be joined by Posh first team stars Frankie Kent, Ben Thompson and Ronnie Edwards at our latest summer Holiday Camp at Castor last week.
The Posh first team trio came along to sign autographs, have photos and answered questions in a Q&A session with our young participants.
Due to the hot weather, our Holiday Camp was split into footballing activities, shooting at our inflatable target game and games such as giant jenga and connect four, which our young participants enjoyed playing in teams.
“It was great to come along and support Peterborough United Foundation’s Holiday Camps. They had loads of different activities going on and it was nice to see them enjoying their summer holiday. The group asked us some really good questions and it was a pleasure for us to answer them and chat with the group!” said Posh midfielder, Ben Thompson.
We’ve still got four more Holiday Camps coming up in Leverington, Neale Wade Academy in March, KC Active in Kings Cliffe and Nene Valley Community Centre in Peterborough.
